Superset: Arnold Press 5(5x40 lb Dumbbells)
Pendlay Rows 5(5x185 lbs)
Time: 5:15
Assistance 4 Rounds: 8 Handstand Push-ups (Piked) 8 Pull-ups (Hammer Grip) 8 Reverse Hypers
Time: 5:20
Conditioning: Metcon
3 Rounds for Time: 50 SDHPs, 45 lbs 100 Single Unders 50 Squats
Time: 14:10
Comments: Only 3 hours of sleep last night so pretty exhausted for this. Got home at a decent hour though so I wanted to get this in. Arnolds: Not heavy enough at 40 lbs, but very good sets. Nice form. I need to get heavier dumbbells. Pendlays: First time trying these with a reset at the bottom. That takes all of the pressure off of my back. I like those. The weight was too heavy though. Assistance: Nothing to it. Good stuff. Metcon: This was tougher than it looked. Switched out 50 walking lunges for 50 air squats because of the knees. It still sucked. Pouring sweat out here. OK, definitely have some tough work ahead this week although it seems to keep getting pushed back. Training wise I just need to do Bench and a run. Sorry that Auburn lost, but hope you had some fun anyway. Have a good night!
