Felt heavy. That metcon wasn't too bad, just quick and dirty. Nice and warm today, going to do some pool maintenance. Hope that your back is doing better.

Strong sets, even for feeling heavy. 500 single unders was definitely the most impressive part of this workout for me though. No idea how you do that. My calves would be screwed. The back felt slightly better today. Heat really helps.

They were impressed as they have been doing a jump rope unit in PE this week. For me, my shoulders are what gets tight. Take care of that back.

Ha ha, it helps to have an audience I guess. Thanks on my back. Still nowhere near being able to do any squats or deadlifts. May be able to bench/pull-up on Saturday. We'll see.
