WU: 54321 reps of strict OHP and pull ups loads=45,65,85,105,125 TT=3'49" Strength: strict OHP 6x2@125,135,145,155,165,175 super setted with 12345 reps of L sit dead hang pull ups TT=8'18" Conditioning Part One: 100 push ups for time TT=6'14" Conditioning Part Two: 400m sprint TT=1' 04" Notes: the strict OHP was with no bounce. Just slow up and down with control. Tough stuff. The L-sit DHPU's were surprisingly, not difficult. According to my data, the 100 push ups is a PR and the 400m sprint is a PR by 40"! Not a lot of confidence in the metric as I don't do that very often. Was going to do a long run but duty gets in the way. Hope you have a good day.

Great job! Strong OHP and a solid PR! Another rest day from training. The back is feeling quite a bit better today. Might try to do something tomorrow.
