Except the burpee G2OH's. Those made man makers seem easy. Spent the weekend being busy. Went to dinner and then a high school soccer game on Friday then out to a friend's house. We then had to drive to Mississippi and spent the night and then visited my brother in law in prison. We drove back last night and today has been a lazy day. Back to normal tomorrow. Hope you are having a great weekend. Sounds like a busy weekend for you guys. Same here. Yesterday, I undecorated our house from Christmas by myself and put everything back into the attic. All of that with a toddler running around and getting into everything. Good looking workout. Strong sets and conditioning. Yeah, burpee G2OH's sound like they would be challenging and probably better to do in intervals. Still trying to figure out exactly how that move works. When you do the push-up, you jump up and do a G2OH? Yeah, that would definitely be tough. Long day of work here. Drove 1.5 hours each way and put in 7 hours of manual labor. Not too taxing, but I'm tired after working all weekend around the house. 2 more days to go too. The treadmill arrived tonight. A semi pulled up and I helped the guy get the 300 lb box into the garage. It is still on the pallet right now and I will likely not get to putting it together until this weekend. Looking forward to (assuming it works) being able to jump on and go for a run in the garage instead of having to go outside. This time of year it is always dark when I would get to run so that would be huge for me. Plus, my wife can finally start going for walks again when our daughter is asleep. The burpee G2OH's is: start standing with DB's in hand; do the burpee as normal placing the DB's down as you would your hands for the push up; come out of the burpee and instead of jumping just stand and go into the OH movement. For mine, I did Arnold presses. Glad you got the treadmill. We have one and an elliptical. The wife uses ours and I do occasionally.
