I have a lot going on. Hope you had a great day. Good looking session today. Strong sets and a nice metcon. Worked my a$$ off today. That, coupled with no lunch break and the fact that I've got some nasty mucus in the back of my throat has kept me from training today. Also, the back is pretty much back to normal, but still going to skip squats and deads this week just to be safe.
