WU: 65432 reps of Pull-ups and front squats loads=45,65,85,105,125 TT=4'52" Strength: EMOM front squats 6x2@135,155,175,195,225,245 Conditioning: 3 rounds, one minute per station of 65# thrusters 16,23,19/ lateral bar jumps 22,32,28 and SUs 123,123,142 Notes: fairly quick WOD. Haven't done FS very much because my right knee always seemed to hurt. Not so much today. The conditioning was quick but hard. Hope you have a great weekend.

Nice job man! Very strong Front Squats and a tough metcon. I was busy putting the treadmill together last night. It took 3 hours for me to put it together by myself and they recommend two people put it together so I guess that's good. Everything seems to work well but the rear roller makes a thumping noise that I am a little concerned about. May try to troubleshoot more today as I'd like to take it for a spin.
