WU: 54321 reps of Pull-ups and split jerks@45,65,85,105,125 TT=4'13" Strength: split jerks 4x3@135,145,155,165 and 4x2@175,180,185,190 TT=10'42" Conditioning: 4RFT of: 5 power cleans into 5 push jerks@135#, 10 lateral jump burpees, 100m run TT=9'22" Notes: Haven't done SJ's in a while. They are fun. That metcon was Rx'd at 185#! Tried it and got three and said not just NO, but H3LL NO! Scaled to 135# for the rest and glad I did as it was pretty hard. Nice job! Yeah man, you went super heavy on the split jerks! Great job! Also, the metcon looked tough. PCs > SJ THEN Burpees? That sounds terrible! And yeah, smart move to scale that one. 185 would've been suicide. Have fun spending your Christmas money! Mine was spent before Christmas even got here.
