Overhead Press In 6 Sets, work up to 3(7x115): 7x75, 95, 105, 115, 115, 115
Pull-ups 6 Sets for Max Reps: 16, 10, 9, 8, 8, 8
Time: 11:30
Assistance 4 Rounds: 5 Ring Dips 5 Strict Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 10 Ring Rows 10 Reverse Hypers
Time: 7:25
Conditioning: Out of time. Will do it tomorrow.
Comments: Only about 4 hours of sleep last night, but I'm still out here at 5:30AM on Monday morning. Ready to power on through! Ha ha... OHP: Felt pretty strong on these. It's definitely an adjustment doing 3 sets at target weight again as opposed to just working up to a daily max. Pull-ups: It looks like my arms are finally back to their usual selves. I'll take 16 on the first set. These were good sets, especially since they were supersetted with OHP. Assistance: Not too bad. Well, it was bad at 5:30AM, but not bad otherwise. Hoping to do a metcon when I get home but I'm dragging pretty bad right now and still have the rest of the afternoon of work and a 1.5 hour drive home. We'll see...
The Verdict: After working in the cold all day and then driving home I just wanted a long, hot shower more than anything in the world. No metcon tonight. I'll plan on doing it tomorrow.

I hear you. Rest day here. I had a webinar at work until 5pm. No time to workout. Solid sets on everything.
