Twas a rest day here. It's funny though, today was the first Friday in recent memory where I got home from work and actually wanted to workout. Oh well, my body needs the rest. Planning to hit some bench and a run tomorrow. Hope you had a good day.

WU: 54321 reps of push jerks and pull ups loads=45,65,85,105,125 TT=5'11" Strength: 10' EMOM 3 push jerks@135,140,145,150,155,160,165,170,175,180 Conditioning: 3 cycles of 3 minutes per round of 15 TTB, 150 single unders, max reps burpees, 2' rest score each cycle with burpee reps Max reps=19,18,17 Notes: this was a fairly taxing WOD. The conditioning was tough even with the rest. Had to take the wife to the CVS Minute Clinic tonight. No flu, but she is sick. Hope you are doing OK.

Nice work. Strong sets on PJ. Shoot, I'd be happy to get one rep at 180. Metcon looked good too. 3 minutes of burpees? Screw that. I hope your wife feels better.

No, you have 3' to complete the TTB, SU's and then max rep burpees until time is up. Flu test was negative, just a bad cold. She's been resting.
