WU: 54321 reps of power snatch and pull ups loads=45,65,85,105,125 TT=5'14" Strength: 12' EMOM 2 power snatches loads=135,140,145,150,155,160,155,150,145,140,135,135 Conditioning: 4RFT of: 100 single unders, 12 one arm alternating DB snatch@40#, 16 AMSU'S, 100 SU's, one minute rest TT=11'27" Notes: snatches felt heavy when I got to 160#. I had planned to keep going up 5# per set but you see how that worked out. Still a solid effort. Really liked this metcon. Good flow of exercises. Hope you had a great day.

Nice job on the PS and metcon. 160 is still plenty heavy on those. Yeah, the metcon read well so I bet it was fun. Nice job!
