3 mile run TT=25'09" FT: 20 hang cleans, 20 HSPU's, 10 HCs, 10 HSPU's, 5 HCs, 5 HSPU's TT=7'07" Notes: set my timer for 25' and headed out on my 3 mile route determined to be done before time ran out. Sprinted the last 60 secs to finish line & got that time. That metcon was tough stuff after the run. The only rest I took was the time it took to set up the bar.

Man, that is a workout right there. Good time on the run and a nasty superset with the HSPUs and HCs. That was a rest day for me, if you want to call it that.
