WU: 65432 reps of Pull-ups, push ups and strict OHP loads=50,70,90,110,130 TT= 5'20" Strength: push press x3 10' EMOM loads=140,145,150,155,160,165,170,175,180,185 Conditioning: For Time: 50 DB G2OH burpees 40# DB TT=7'48" Notes: Nothing too tough except those G2OH burpees! It actually wasn't the burpees that were the worst, it was the G2OH'S. For that movement, I chose Arnold presses. Shoulders were toast from the PP. Anyway, hope you are having a great day.

Holy crap dude! The burpee G2OHs look terrible! Just 50 burpees or 50 G2OHs are tough, much less combined. Strong work on the PP too.
Worked 12 hours yesterday and 14 today. We finally made it back from Beaufort, SC an hour ago and have another big day tomorrow. Hoping to still have something left for a run on Saturday. The high is supposed to be 75 here.
