Comments: I took the last 4 days off from training, but to call them "rest days" would be a joke. I worked 40 hard hours in the last 3 days and was so tired last night I could barely concentrate. Got about 10+ hours of sleep though and am feeling pretty good today. It's going to be 75 here today so I'm going to run outside. First some upper body destruction!
Bench: Feeling the long week on these. Still got my reps, barely.
Rows: Same here, but got them done.
Accessory: Good sets on this stuff. Could've gone heavier on the CGBP but oh well. Form was flawless at least. All sets were unbroken on these.
Run: The first two miles sucked. I think my legs are beat from going up and down steps a lot in the last few days. Things mellowed out over the last couple of miles. Glad to get that run in on a 70 degree day in February. Going to rest tomorrow and start week #3 on Monday. Hope you all have a great day!
