OHP: Again, just tired for these. Did manage to get my reps though. I bumped it up to 135 for my work sets as I was doing 5x130 last week for 3 sets. Happy to get those. WGPUs: Decent sets on these. Accessory: Not too bad. Took back extensions out of this because I had them coming up in the metcon. Metcon: Well, I didn't exactly breeze through this one. Had to sub some things to make up for a lack of equipment and or old body issues. Got it done though. Box Jumps and Knees to Elbows were the worst part for me in this one. Well, I am definitely tired. Probably less than 6 hours of sleep in each of the last two nights. Will probably rest tomorrow. Have a great night!
