Bench
Bodyweight Paused Rep Challenge
Work up to one set of bodyweight (185) bench press (paused)
for max reps: 20xBar, 10x135, 5x165, 12x185 (Paused)
Work up to: 3(3x215): 3x205, 215, 215, 215

Deadlift
In 8 Sets, work up to 3(3x315): 10x185, 5x235, 265, 3x285, 305, 315, 315,

8 Ring Dips
8 Power Cleans, 95 lbs
12 Bench Dips (with feet bridged)
12 Hang Power Snatches, 30 lb Dumbbells
12 V-ups
Time: 12:45
Conditioning: Skipped
Comments: Slept pretty well last night. Still kind've tired from working 12 hours for 3 straight days and training pretty hard. I was going to take the day off but I have a long (ha ha, yes, as in, LONGER) day tomorrow. Probably 14 hours... Going to do a bodyweight bench press (paused rep) challenge that Guy put me up to. Then I'll attempt to get my programmed sets. I'm trying to do DLs tonight as well.
BW Challenge: Well, I was thinking 10 reps would've been good. Very happy to have gotten 12, especially after OHP and a long metcon yesterday. Went ahead and stopped at 12 even though there was a very,VERY slight chance I may have gotten another rep. My arms were burning.
Bench: Shocked to get my reps on these. My triceps were burning and arms were shaking, that's for sure. These were definitely more touch and go, but I'll take it.
Deadlift: These felt good. Glad to get my reps.
Accessory: This was definitely challenging. the PCs and HPS wore me down.
Conditioning: Skipped. Out of time and am not trying to kill myself for tomorrow. Just Rows (maybe a metcon) and a run left this week. Have a good night!
