Very strict form with no bounce, hip drive, etc. Happy with those numbers. The conditioning was terrible. I was sucking some wind. TTB were the time sucker. Man, that was a lot of OHP and you started fairly heavy too so it was 12 sets, all heavy. The metcon looked tough. I hope to be able to do wall balls at some point. 8.5 foot ceilings aren't going to let that happen for a while. I subbed clean and press for them the other night and that seems to be pretty decent and not too hard on the knees. Took a rest day yesterday. Worked 14 hours, but no training.
