Planning to hit some rows and a run this afternoon and then take tomorrow off. Next week is "Variations Week," so kind've a deload week of sorts and some variety. I'll be in Nashville Tuesday to Thursday of next week so will try to get a bunch done on Sunday and Monday. Have a good day!

Going to get my mom a Keurig for her birthday. She's 70YO today. Soccer is starting tonight and the oldest son starts small group practice next week with a former Brazilian pro. The only drawback is you can only make one cup at a time. I'm more of a half - full pot guy myself. Congrats to her on 70! That's awesome! Sounds like your son is going to get some great experience with that practice.

Rows In 8 Sets, work up to 3(3xMax for the Day): 10x95, 5x115, 135, 165, 3x185, 205, 205, 205, 1x225
Time: 13:47
Accessory 4 Rounds: 8 Drag Curls, 65 lbs 10 Back Extensions 15 Jumping Pull-ups 10 GHD Sit-ups
Time: 11:15
Conditioning: Distance Run (Treadmill) 5K, 28:00, 9:00 Pace, 230 Feet Elevation Gain, 487 Calories
Comments: Still pretty tired from a long work week. Almost hit 60 hours by this afternoon. Going to hit it anyway on a rare Friday evening session. This way I can take tomorrow off and then get 2 days in before going out of town next week. Rows: Felt pretty strong on these. Went for an extra single at 225 and then failed once at 245. The bar didn't quite touch my stomach so I didn't count it. Good sets other than that. Accessory: First attempt at Drag Rows. Those are tough. Kind've a partial movement, but very hard nonetheless. Run: That was about twice the elevation gain that I do on my usual outdoor route. Running on Friday night sucks, that's all I can say... Next week is Variation Week. A deload week of sorts. Going to take tomorrow off and hit it hard on Sunday. Have a good night!

I would have counted the 245#! That's some heavy rows there. Shoot, I'd be happy with 225#. Enjoy your day off tomorrow. We're taking my mom to brunch tomorrow morning then the boys are going to spend the night with their other grandmother so the wife and I can have a break.
