Overhead Press
Work up to 3(8x105): 8x75, 95, 105, 105, 105
Superset with Pull-ups (Regular Grip)
5 Sets for Max Reps: 8, 8, 10, 10, 8

8 Strict Ring Dips
8 Yates Rows, 135 lbs
15 Push-ups on the Barbell
15 Face Pulls
10 Back Extensions holding a 25 lb plate

Carry a 50 lb Sandbag 400 Meters (subbed backpack)
115 lb Push Press, 12 Reps
12 Box Jumps
95 lb SDHPs, 12 Reps
Time: 33:10 (Stopped at 4 Rounds)
Comments: I've been pretty worn out all day today. I think last night's workout might have smoked me and my stomach feels pretty rough as well. Oh well, hitting it again hard today.
OHP: Got these sets done pretty quickly. Very challenging on the last two reps of the work sets.
Pull-ups: Decent sets.
Accessory: This probably took longer to set-up than it did to complete. Not terribly difficult, but still challenging and balanced. I love the push-ups on the barbell.
Metcon: Was going to do 17.1 tonight, but my posterior chain is pretty wrecked from last night so I don't want to push it. Picked a hero workout nonetheless. Let's see how it goes...
No offense to the gentleman that this metcon was named after, but I don't have 50 minutes to devote to conditioning tonight. I probably wouldn't have picked it in the first place had I not drastically underestimated the sandbag walking times. I did those on the treadmill at a 5% incline. Each 400 took about 4 minutes. This wasn't the hardest metcon I've ever done and I certainly could've finished it. It actually resembles a hard day at work for me. OK, Bench/Rows and a Run coming up tomorrow or Thursday. Trying to get everything knocked out because we're heading out of town this weekend. Have a good night!
