Then I finished mulch/mowing another third of the yard. Time for bed.

The metcon didn't look too bad at first glance but reading it again closer it definitely looks hard. None of those movements are easy, that's for sure. Way to get it done and then tackle some yardio. Ended up taking a rest day yesterday. I was still super sore from all of those deadlifts. Just took my daughter for a walk and relaxed. Planning to hit some bench and rows this evening.
