Mesocycle 15. Week 5. Session 4.
Conditioning: Distance Run (Treadmill) 5K, 25:40, 8:16 Pace, 162 Feet Elevation Gain, 480 Calories
Cool Down: 800 Meter Walk
50 Back Extensions
Comments: Good run. Glad I was able to get that in. Good time/pace for that elevation gain. All of that was in the last half, by the way. Cooled down with an 800 meter walk and then did 50 back extensions in one set with a few rest pauses. After I finished those my hamstrings were destroyed. OK. Off to the mountains for a few days. I may be heading out of town next week as soon as I get home so I'm not what's going to happen training wise. Have a great night!

Nice man. Hope the soccer went well. The run was good. Finally finished the Benghazi movie during that.
