3.5 mile run TT=28'44" Didn't feel like lifting today so went for a run instead. Not my best time, but I wasn't running for speed. Hope you are feeling better and got some sleep.

Good work on the run. Not a bad time at all in my opinion. That's an 8:13 pace and I'd be happy with that on one mile.
