Conditioning: Distance Run (Treadmill)
4 Miles, 32:50, 8:12 Pace, 617 Calories, 210 Feet Elevation Gain
Cool Down: 800 Meter Walk
50 Back Extensions: 30 Reps, Rest 60 Seconds, 20 Reps

Ended up taking yesterday off. My wife was doing the taxes when I got home so I had to babysit. Going to do at least a 5K today and maybe more.
Run: Was hating this for the first two miles or so and then got into a groove. Good pace for that distance and elevation gain (for me at least). Cooled down with a half mile walk. Threw in some back extensions too just to keep the lower back strong.
That's it for week 6 of my cycle. I was supposed to do reps of 4 next week for my final week, but may end my cycle right now as work is going to be nuts this coming week. I may rest a week from weights and do some light conditioning, then do a deload week and start a new cycle. We'll see. Hope you all have a great weekend!
