WU/Strength: 54321 reps of Pull-ups and power cleans & push jerks to establish a 1RM = 205# TT=9'11" Strength part 2: 1 PC to PJ every 30 seconds for 5 minutes load=145# Conditioning: For Time - 450m run, 15 burpees, 15 DBPC's@40#, 225m run, 10 burpees, 10 DBPC's@40#, 450m run, 15 burpees, 15 DBPC's@40# TT=13'35" Notes: Well, that 1RM was a huge surprise! No doubt that it was tough. The conditioning looks innocuous on paper, but it is not. I was G to the A double S'd! What a way to open up after being off since last Friday.
