I've been posting here for a while now. Trent set this site up after the one we met on changed. We invited people to come and several have come and gone. Trent, I want you to know that I am glad that you started this and that you invited me. I post here because you are the only person who gives a darn about what I do in my garage. I appreciate that and look forward to continuing to grow and learn and develop as a fitness nut and person. Thanks!

I really never thought this site would end up just being the two of us for the most part, but it is what it is. I still like the format and ease of use here compared to other sites. |
