WU: 5RFT: 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats TT=4'36" Strength: OHP 5 sets of 4@135# EMOM Conditioning: 16' AMRAP: 225m run, 16 AMSU'S, 13 push ups, 10 KBS@70# TR=6+100m run Notes: Fairly rough sets on OHP due to the heavy PC and PJ's yesterday. Got them done. The conditioning was not too bad. Got a little gassed on the last round. Off to the barber shop with the boys!
