6k run TT=37'21" Did the first 2.8k with my 9YO to help get him (and I) ready for competitive soccer that starts in August. He did well. I cut him loose at the bottom of the hill that leads to my father in law's house and I kept going. I have a little route that is 3k and is basically something I can do laps on. Hope you guys are doing well. We have one more day here in North Alabama then we head to Tennessee for 24 hours.

Comments: Probably should've taken a day off today, but decided to go for it anyway. I'm heading out of town on Sunday and that is throwing my schedule off for next week. Everything is sore right now. Ha ha ha...
Bench: Felt pretty weak on these. Not surprising. Still, my form looked better than it did on the last week of my last cycle.
Rows: Lower back is SOOORRREEEE right now so these were pretty painful.
Accessory: Not too bad. The OHP sucked after doing so much of that yesterday.
Metcon: Holy moly that was a tough 12 minutes! Heat index is 103 for this. Luckily it didn't last long. Got lots of reps in though. Subbed the single unders for double unders and 30 lb dumbbells for 50 lb dumbbells. Got it done.
Got an emergency call from our New Hampshire office and have to get on a plane to go up there in an hour. Back tomorrow evening though. Have a great night!

Hope you guys are doing well. We have one more day here in North Alabama then we head to Tennessee for 24 hours. Nice job on the run and I'm glad you got to run with your son a little. Got a last minute work call and had to hop on a plane to Boston this afternoon. Should be home for dinner tomorrow though. I did manage to squeeze all of my training in today, but was still sweating from that metcon by the time I got to my gate at the airport. Safe travels to TN!
