Guy and I have been discussing bench form and there are some things I need to work on. Mainly: -Keep my entire body tensed before and during the lift. -Keep my feet in contact with the floor throughout the lift. -Keep shoulders externally rotated throughout the lift. I'd never thought of any of those. As much as I knit pick my form on most exercises, you'd think I would've done it more on bench.
