Going to try and get a metcon in after work. Will have to take the door off the hinges in this hotel to make my pull-ups bar work in here. We'll see what I can come up with. Hope you have a good day.

Squats 5*5 @ 145#,185#,215#,255#,285# Bench 5@100# 4@1@5# 3@145 2@170 1@195 1@210# 1@225# (PR) DL 5@225# 4@235# 3@255# 2@275# 1@290# 1@310# 1@325#
Mixed it up a bit on the squat reps. Stuck to my current plan on bench and deadlift. Pushed it hard on bench press and was able to get 225 as a PR. Barely any pain in my forearm where my pre existing injury is. Hope you were able to get in some conditioning work. That's what I'll be doing tomorrow.

Comments: Good Lord that was rough. It was quite deceiving actually. It started off pretty easy and then after about ten rounds it was just brutal. Pull-ups were broken into 5 & 3 after the first round. All other reps were unbroken in all rounds. Work/Travel day tomorrow.
Total Reps:
Pull-ups: 120 Push-ups: 240 Sit-ups: 120 Squats: 240

Well, I have that plate in my right arm and it has been painful to BP, especially around the 190-200 mark. This 54321 thing seems to be working, especially with the upper body stuff. I also like the way its going with DL's, but not so much with the squats. I'm going to make some adjustments to the %'s.
