Complete the Following For Time:
5 Squats @ 50% of 1RM 175# 20 wall balls 28# 4 Squats @ 60% of 1RM 205# 10 Pull-ups 3 Squats @ 70% of 1RM 240# 100 Single Unders 2 Squats @ 80% of 1RM 275# 20 Push-ups 1 Squat @ 90% of 1RM 310# 100 Sit-ups 1 Squat @ 320# 100 Single Unders 2 Squats @ 310# 10 Pull-ups 3 Squats @ 275# 20 push ups 4 Squats @ 240# 100 single unders 5 squats @ 205# 20/wall balls 28# TT=26'31 I switched this one up yet again, I substituted wall balls for handstand pushups. I also did two singles and increase the percentage to 93% on the last single. I then worked back down to 205 which was the second weight at the start of the metcon.
