Conditioning: Distance Run Post Distance/Time/Pace:
5K/25:00/8:03 Minute Mile Pace
Comments: My air conditioner (that sounds like an electric generator) finally turned off at about 4:00AM this morning. The silence woke me up and I never really got back to sleep. I have to work this afternoon so I ended up just going ahead and getting my distance run in for the week. It was supposed to be an hour long, but I didn't have that kind of time (or energy) today so a 5K was it. Happy with the time on that though. Have a good one.

The 365#x1 is a PR, but I'm going to not count it as it wasn't A2G. Definitely got parallel, but.... C&P of 170#x1 is a PR too, but felt off. Rows, well, they are rows and a good counter balance to my BP. Not sure if the 230#x1 is a PR or not, but I think so. I am going to drop the weights next session and throw in a back off set of eight at around 60%. Maybe for the next couple of sessions. Hope you have a good day.

I was being sarcastic earlier. Nice work! Congrats on the PRs! Not counting it because it wasn't A2G? Those are some tough standards.
8x60% should hurt pretty good after all that. Great job today!
