Strength: Upper Body
Bench Warm-Up: 20x45, 5x135, 3x155
3(5x170), 2(3x180) *Pause 3 Seconds at Bottom. Explode up. *Rest as needed between sets
OH Press Work Up to a 1RM: *Rest as needed between sets 3x45 3x65 3x75 3x95 3x105 3x115 1x130 1x140 1x150, Lifetime PR 1RM 1x160, Failed 1x155, Lifetime PR 1RM
Comments: Allergies are absolutely killing me right now. I feel frickin' rough today. No energy. Bench: Felt good for these. Which makes sense because that is a pretty manageable weight. OH Press: First time I've gone for a 1RM in a while on these. My previous 1-5RM is 145 lbs. I was honestly pretty shocked to hit the wall at 160 lbs. Still, happy with a new Lifetime PR. Overall, my 1RM has increased by 30 lbs since January. I think those gains are going to be harder to come by now though. Well, I'll probably do next to nothing for the upcoming week and will likely do a Deload Week after that. Then I'll be home, either for a while, or indefinitely so I can have a more regular schedule. I'll be travelling with the family too but will keep checking in. Hope you have a good day.

Today I did that squat metcon thing I made up. I worked up to 315# and back down. Did it all in ~27'. Had to do a bunch of driving around getting ready for mother's day. Don't forget it!

I remembered this year, but am generally really bad at that type of stuff.

So while I was working out, Guy saw me post my videos from earlier and thought 3x180 on Bench looked a little easy. Via email, he challenged me to try 200. Unfortunately, I didn't get that email until after I was done and had already put everything away. So I declined. Well..... I was just driving home from the store. Windows down. Country song on the radio. Feelin' good. So I walked in the door and went for it. The challenge was 3x200 Paused. I got 5. Now I can rest knowing I did it. Here's the proof.

I was trying to say that I agree with you and I have kind of hit the wall myself. 170# is a hard grind. 160# is just a grind. At any rate, nice job.
