This will allow me to press and pull more often. I will figure out what to do about conditioning I'm going to try to run this for a little while and see what happens.

I'm going to start using back off sets on Deadlifts and maybe some other lifts. Looking forward to seeing how the new template works for you. I need to take a serious look at mine and see if I'm doing enough pulls (not Deadlifts, but Pull-ups, Rows, etc.). Very nice. We're heading down to Jacksonville tomorrow to begin the working part of this trip. Should be interesting. Since I've got the family with me I doubt I'll be doing much in the way of exercise. I'll probably do a Deload Week next week and then get back into it after I get done traveling in two weeks. Hope you all have a good night.
