Squats 20@45# 5@190# 4@230# 3@245# 2@265# 1@285# 1@305# 1@335 2@305# 3@285# 4@260# DL 5@215# 4@240# 3@270# 2@295# 1@315# 1@340# 1@380# 2@340# 2@315# 2@295# 2x25 oblique crunches 1x25 slow dragonfly TT~45' This workout was kind of brutal. Squats were easy but the dead lifts were heavy may have to recalculate this one. Hope you have a good travel rest day. See you tomorrow

Solid sets. Yeah, the deadlifts never really seem to get easier... As for the rest day, not much rest. Drove down here, worked in the heat and then settled in to the hotel room with the family. The baby isn't digging it so far. Good job on the workout!
