Squats 10@135# 5@195# 4@235# 3@250# 2@270# 1@290# 1@310# 1@340# 2@310# 2@290# 2@270# Bench Press 5@135# 4@155# 3@175# 2@195# 1@205# 1@215# 1@225# 2@215# 2@205# 2@205# DHPU 5-4-3-2-1-1-1-2-2-2 Felt good. Squats were fine. Probably could have gone for a PR of 375/380, but didn't have time. Don't want to rush something like that. Bench was strong, all sets paused except the 2@195#. They hurt for some reason. There is a direct correlation between my form and arm pain. Pull ups were slow and deliberate and not hard. Need to add more frequency/volume.

Stout sets nonetheless. Sorry about the pain on Bench. Those pauses are great. It feels good to be doing these lifts honestly when I used to do them half ass (mostly since I didn't know any better). Good job on the Pull-ups too. I can't go down quite to a dead hang position as it hurts my bad shoulder. Wish I could though. Nice work!
