The squats felt a little heavy, and I only worked up to 355 got it for a couple of singles. Backoff Sets were fine on squats. As for my bench press they very pleased with those numbers. really really took my time and pushed it, I had a lot of extra time today as the boss let us go early, therefore I was able to work up to those weights and handle them psychologically as well as physically. Lots of volume on the chest today and know I'm going to be sore. The swimming was just fine again running off of adrenaline from the awesome bench press session, and was able to bust that out. Hope you have a good weekend.

Yes, you did read that right, but it is a typo for the time. It should've been ~22', not 12'.

Well, the BP was HUGE for me. I'm only 20# from my lifetime PR I set when I was 21YO.
