I'm going to do a modified sun salutation yoga series, but every time I go to plank, I'll do 10 push ups and 10 sit ups.

Nice. So far, I've got about 100 trips to the toilet done this morning. Looks like I picked up something from that grocery store deli last night. Trying to get my head (and ass) in the game. Got work to do today. Probably going to bring the extra roll of TP with me. It may be one of those days...

Morning Hundred:
10 HSPU (Piked) 20 Pull-ups 30 Sit-ups 40 Push-ups
Time: 3:50
Managed to get this in without any "unscheduled breaks." I really like this a lot. That is a perfect short workout for the morning.

Well, I blew it on the morning 100, I over slept. Here's what I did this afternoon: Skwatts 20@45 5@140 4@185 3@225 2@265 1@305 1@325 1@345 2@325 3@315 4@305 5@265 Clean and Press 5@85 4@115 3@125 2@135 1@150 1@160 1@175 2@155 3@145 4@135 5@125 Chins 5-4-3-2-1-2-3-4-5 This was a very nice workout, I felt very strong and able. However, it is very hot down here. I was sweating like a madman and my clothes are completely soaked. Used almost a quarter of a block of chalk to keep things dry. Maybe I'll get to the morning hundred tomorrow, I overslept. hope you had a good day and you got over your stomach issues.

There should probably be a really quick one that we keep stashed away for it if we're running late. Cindy rounds might be pretty good for that, perhaps with some sit-ups in the mix... Yeah, I went in the bathroom in the park we're working in here and decided I didn't need to go that bad. Ended up waiting until we went to Tractor Supply. That park bathroom looked rough... Feeling a little better now, thank God. Probably going to do some easy cardio. The runs followed by 7 hours of work in the heat took it out of me today. Might hit the elliptical trainer.

Conditioning: (Deload) Running Stairs
Post Distance/Time: Up and Down 60 Flights/ 15:21
Comments: Got to this kind've late today. The fitness room is small and was already inhabited, so I decided to run the stairs. I haven't done stairs in a long time and am sure my legs are going to be crushed after that. It was hot in the stairwell too so I was sweating a ton. I ran up and down two flights (three floors) 30 times. Good workout. Short metcon tomorrow. Hope you have a good night.
