Round 1: 60 Push-ups, 10 V-ups, 5 Pull-ups Round 2: 15 Push-ups, 10 V-ups, 5 Pull-ups Total Reps: 105 Total Time: 3:43
Comments: This was a good one. Really shocked myself getting 60 push-ups on the first round. I did stop in the "down dog" position to rest a couple of times, but my knees never touched the floor. My triceps were smoked for the next round though. I barely got 15. Went ahead and did the pull-ups on round 2 just to get them in for 5 extra total reps. Good stuff. Have a good day!

Bench press was awful especially the backup sets. And deadlifts well their dead lifts they weren't that bad. Wasn't able to get to the morning hundred again today, it is our anniversary. We've been married 9 years today. So I had to get up and get some flowers cut and some breakfast ready to treat my very special wife. Comments: Hopefully this will be my last hotel room metcon for a long, LONG time. Sort've came up with this metcon this morning while I was having coffee. I tweaked it this afternoon and ended up with this. I was hoping to be closer to 10 minutes, but spent a lot of time going from "station" to "station." Good workout. It was downright hot out today and that wore me out pretty good. I’m also working with some very slow and indecisive people so today took much longer than it should have out in the heat. Oh well. Work/Travel tomorrow, then Upper Body on Friday. After that, nothing but relaxing on the holiday weekend.
