I pushed it hard on squats today and was able to get a new PR of 380. I went ahead and racked up 400 pounds for 4 partials or quarter squats with it just to get myself used to carrying a load like that. Backup sets on squats were easy. Overhead press a kind of broke down once I got the 160, I think the squats took it out of me. It is also very hot right now in the garage, & I am sweating a lot! Hope your day was a good one mine was fine just very busy. We had a great dinner and will have an even better weekend as we have sitters to keep the kids all night for us one night.
