Finally home, and thankfully for a while. Not sure what the Morning Hundred is going to be tomorrow. Maybe I'll let my wife make it up. Got a Deload Upper Body workout happening at some point tomorrow and then a laid back weekend.

I was so excited to be at home that I jumped out of bed after only 5 hours of sleep and went out to see my wife and daughter. I'll get something in this afternoon.

Upper Body (Deload)
Bench Warm-up: 5(95,115), 3x135
5(85, 115, 135)
OH Press: Warm-up: 5(65, 75), 3x95
5(65, 75, 95)
Time for Strength: 10:44
Comments: Pretty beat down right now, but going for this one anyway. The Morning Hundred made the rest of the workout really tough, especially OH Press. OH Press was 30, 15, 5. Bench was unbroken. Next two days are rest. Hope you have a good day. Off to mowing and cleaning.
