Tricep Stretch-Side Bends: 10 Each Direction Overhead Doorway Stretch, 30 Seconds Front Rack Stretch, 30 Seconds Shoulder Dislocates: 10 Reps Over & Back: 10 Reps Lying Quad Stretches: 30 Seconds Each Leg Hamstring Stretches: 30 Seconds Each Leg Groin Stretch: 30 Seconds Quad Stretches: 30 Seconds Each Leg Bent Hamstring Stretch: 30 Seconds Spiderman Hold: 30 Seconds Each Leg
Old Glory is waving in the breeze outside. Thinking about those who have paid for the freedom that we enjoy this weekend.

Swimming with the kids after a nice brunch then the wife and I are going to the beach while the kids stay with their aunt uncle and cousins. Enjoy your best day tomorrow is a rest day for me.

So you did a hundred air squats before doing a hundred squats at 135? That sounds like it makes about as much sense as my 50 OH Press and Bench before OH Press and Bench yesterday. Ha ha. Yeah, I bet that sucked! Glad you guys are getting some beach time in. Hope it isn't too crowded.

No I only did one hundred squats at 135 pounds. Plus the deficit DL's. The 100 squats at 135 pounds was also unbroken. It was terrible. Islip stop and take 3 or 4 big breaths and bust out 5. Take 4 or 5 breaths, bust out 5 more.
