Going to hit some Upper Body Assistance and a Metcon in a little bit. As for the Morning Hundred, it doesn't really serve a purpose for me if I'm going to workout in the morning. It will only serve to wear me out before the workout, so I'm not going to do it unless I'm on the road or working out later in the the day. Honestly, it would be more beneficial to just stretch later, after my workout than to bust out more reps.

Comments: Was pretty beat for this one. That workout yesterday kicked my butt, as did the tree pollen, which has made a weird comeback lately. Didn't feel strong on any of these lifts. Just getting back into it after two easy weeks. Also, no more 75 degree low humidity mornings here. Hot and sticky... Metcon: Changed this up from it's original line-up. Decreased the reps of everything and added K2E. This metcon sucked in so many ways. All of the movements are similar. My goal was to get this done in less than 20 minutes. I was close. Tomorrow is a rest day for me. Hope you have a good one.
