Comments: Only 5 hours of sleep last night so kind've dragging for this one.
Bench: Finally figured out a more functional way of doing this. Didn't feel overly strong on these.
Good sets though.
OH Press: Not overly strong on these either. Just barely got 2 reps at 145. In the past I've gotten
5 reps at that weight. I don't know.
Note: I am doing my working sets of 3x5 and then leaving it open if I want to do two more sets
afterwards. I'll just do whatever I'm feeling.
Weighted Pull-ups: New PR 2RM at 65 lbs. Didn't quite get 105. My 1RM is 100.
Good Mornings: Got all 25 in 1 set.
This workout took way longer than it should have. I took a lot of videos and the whole thing
with the bench took some extra time. Plus adding on weighted pull-ups took some extra time.
Run: Good run. This was a new route. Pretty happy with that pace. My "official" goal is to run
a 5K in less than 24 minutes. I feel like I could probably do that on a flat course. Still, two years
ago when I ran 3 miles for the first time in a few years, it took me almost 30 minutes. I'd say
that I'm making improvements. Tomorrow I have to help a friend renovate his house.
Have a good day!
