Conditioning: Distance Run Slow Pace

Comments: Had to take advantage of the 70 degree overcast conditions. Good run. Felt great. Phone interview went really well. Hopefully it will work out. Heading to the mountains for the weekend so I may not be online as much. Will try to check in. Have a good one!

WU-3RFT of 40 jumping jacks, 30 squats, 20 sit ups, 10 push ups TT=4'54" Bench Press 125*1*5 155*1*3 175*1*1 185*amap (15) DB Flies 35*6*8 DB Rows 75*6*8 TT~19' Med ball throws 28#*5*10 TT~9' Good work out, but I just don't feel like I'm getting anywhere. I know I am losing strength which is contrary to my goals. We'll see.
