WU-4RFT of: 5 HSPU, 5 jumping jacks, 5 chins TT~3' Squats 175*1*5; 210*1*3; 245*1; 265*1*amap(15) TT~12' 6RFT of: SLDL 145*8; 8- 30" box jump overs; 8 HRPU; 8 slow dragon flies TT~15' This was a good workout. Glad I busted the squats out, it wasn't too bad, I could have pushed it and got 20, but my form would have been questionable. Everything else was easy. Enjoy the mountains. Where y'all at. I also finally checked the messages and replied.

Good job man! 265x16 is nuts! Looked like a solid workout to me. We're in Asheville at my inlaws place. Nice change of scenery. Hope you guys are having a good weekend.

Thanks. We had a busy day with the kids. I did some landscaping early and then we ran some errands. We have church in the morning and then the beach.
