I may switch back to my old model for next week. I feel like the second lift on a heavy day is suffering. Right now those lifts are Deadlifts and OH Press. I would like to start fresh on each heavy lift. As for Assistance lifts, I've been toying with the idea of doing away with them or staggering them. Still undecided about that. Anyway, my program next week may look something like this:
Sunday: Rest Monday: Squats, Sprints Tuesday: OH Press, Long Metcon Wednesday: Rest Thursday: Deadlifts, Short Metcon Friday: Bench, Weighted Pull-ups, Distance Run Saturday: Rest
