Home from the mountains. Good weekend, but couldn't sleep for $#!# as the thermostat was set much higher than I'm used to and lots of other factors.
I've rearranged my schedule for this week in hopes of being fresh for the heavy lifts. It will go like this:
Sunday: Rest Monday: Squats, Bench & Weighted Pull-up Assistance, Sprints Tuesday: OH Press, Deadlift Assistance, Long Metcon Wednesday: Rest Thursday: Deadlifts, OH Press Assistance, Short Metcon Friday: Bench, Weighted Pull-ups, Squats Assistance, Distance Run Saturday: Rest
I'm pretty pumped about this. Hopefully it will be as efficient as what I've been doing as far as time goes. I'm pretty positive it will be better for strength as I will go into each of the heavy lifts fresh and each heavy leg day is preceded by at least one day off. Hope you all have had a good day.
