OH Press: Well, I think I proved my point about being fresh for the heavy lifts. Looks like I'll
be sticking to this schedule. Pumped with that PR!
Deadlift Assistance: This combo sucked.
Metcon: Instant classic. I may call it "Dig the Ditch". Doing this with a 45 lb plate would be
absolute hell on earth. I did 10 sets of 20 on this. The 25 lb plate wasn't that bad, but it still sucked.
I ended up putting on some mechanics gloves to help with grip. Good workout. Time to go to work.
