WU-squats 135*5*5 C&P 115*5*5 115*amap(8) TT=12'09" 5rft of: 5 chins, 5 dips, 100 single unders TT=9'18" Pretty easy, feel like I'm getting weaker, not stronger. We'll see. The chins were rotated under hand/over hand. Off to errands and VBS.

That program you were doing produced good gains in the short term, but would not have been doable for the long term.

I'm pleased to announce that I just accepted an offer for a new job. I'll be working for a company that tests building products for structural integrity, etc. This is a good step in the right direction for me in my ultimate goal of being a civil/structural engineer. As for the schedule, I will still be traveling, but less than I do now. It will be more steady though. There is no "Friday off" or "Off Season" and more overtime. I'm going to have to do what I can, when I can. I'll probably start by trimming down unnecessary/least beneficial parts of my program. That will likely start with the Assistance work. Starting this job on Monday, June 29'th. Looking forward to it.

I'm just not used to using lighter weights and sets across.

Thanks! Hopefully it will work out. It definitely seems to offer much more upward mobility and room to grow. Pumped!
