Been up since 4:00AM here. Woke up all excited and couldn't go back to sleep. I've been killing it out back at work. Got all of my work done on the generator that I was supposed to do. Trying not to leave anything for anyone else when I go. I like these folks. They've been good to me. Not sure if I'm going to have any gas left in the tank for Deadlifts later. If I do, I probably won't do any assistance work. I'll probably go ahead and cut that out at this point. Hope you have a good day.

DL's not too bad. 10@245 for a last set made me breathe.
That metcon sucked, but in a good way. I was reacquainted with three movements I haven't done the toughest of which was the push press. I just paced myself.
Glad you are getting stuff done at work, its an exciting and scary time making a job transition.

It felt good to get that all done. I was working outside all morning and only got about 4 or 5 hours of sleep last night so I'm going to take another day off from training today. I may do Bench and Deadlifts together tomorrow. I'd do Bench first so I wouldn't be dragging for it after doing DLs. Afterwards I'd do either a short metcon or a run. I'll probably be dialing everything back a little now. I can't start this job exhausted from working out so hard. I'll just concentrate on the heavy lifts and conditioning. Hope you have a good day.
