Squats, SLDL,32" rail jumps, crunches TT~38' Highlights: squat worked up to 285*3*5 then 285*amap(8) SLDL-205*8*6 Jumps/crunches-8*6 Hot one here, church was good, workout was fine. That last set of squats was terrible. Hope you had a great day.

That last set of squats was terrible. Hope you had a great day. Nice job! Sounds like it was a tough workout. Yeah, it's hot here too. I can only imagine what it's like down there. We have really rested today. Listened to the sermon online and then just hungout for the rest of the day. The baby has a vaccination tomorrow morning. I'm planning to do squats and sprints at some point. Hope you have a good one.
